I spent a weekend here, and honestly, the price was pretty good for what you get! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me out. Plus, the location was excellent—just a short walk to the train station and close to some really nice restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the free coffee and tea machine in the lobby, which was a nice touch!
Now, for the downsides. If you’re hauling a lot of luggage, good luck! There are no escalators at the train station, which made it a hassle for me. The room was small and pretty bare-bones, lacking any character or extra amenities. getting to the main attractions took a bit of time with multiple stops on the train. Not the best experience overall, honestly.

We stayed for three nights while visiting Universal Studios, and it was a fantastic choice! The room was spacious, clean, and had separate beds, which we appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the aquarium and close to the station. We enjoyed a good lunch at the newly opened restaurant and found friendly staff eager to help. Having a supermarket nearby was a nice bonus for snacks.
I can recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed for four nights with the purpose of exploring the local attractions and attending a conference. The hotel is superbly located near a train station, making it easy to navigate the city. The staff was accommodating, especially a kind woman who helped me with my Japanese and assisted in sending my luggage to the next destination. My room offered a lovely view and ample space, plus the top-floor bar was the perfect spot to unwind. I also loved the amenities corner with complimentary toiletries, and the nearby convenience stores made late-night snacks a breeze.

Breakfast delights could definitely benefit from a better selection and fresh fruit options.

The location of Bande Hotel Tenpozan Higashi was perfect for our visit to Universal Studios Japan. Just a quick 10-minute walk to the ferry in the morning and another 20 minutes to the main entrance. We highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios Japan. The proximity made our visit so convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with the exception of the pillow, which was not as soft as we would have liked. Other than that, everything was great. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

Perfect Location, Ideal for Universal the location of this hotel was ideal for my city trip. It was very close to the main attraction I came to see- Universal Studios. It was just a quick ten-minute walk to catch the ferry in the morning. It took me an additional 20 minutes of leisurely walking to make it to the main entrance of the park, which was great since I wanted to save money on transportation costs. Another thing I loved about the location was that it was in proximity to other local amenities, like restaurants and shops.
Everything else was fantastic, and I had no complaints.
